I'm new to Haskell, and I have a question. I'd like to generate a list of indices from a sequence of lists (i.e. give a list [2, 3, [2, 5, 7], [1, 3, [9], [1, 5]] to give [[0], [0, 1], [0, 1, 2], [1, 2, 3], [1, 2, 3, 4], [1, 3, 5, 6], [1, 3, 5, 6, 7], [1, 3, 5, 6, 7], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6], [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]]).

There are many ways to do this, but probably the most efficient is to use iteratees and the newly released Stringer class from the stringer library, which generates the list of indices in constant space: ac619d1d87
