A. General
I. Walk-in Fees
All walk-in fees are waived with a Town of Wareham Administrative Service fee, payable by check to the Wareham Conservation Commission.
II. Non-Payable Notes & Documents
The Conservation Commission issues non-payable documents to ensure they are ready when needed and to make sure the document is complete.

For Administrative purposes: The fee for the conservation services that the Conservation Commission offers to the public, can be viewed as it is intended:

A. Administrative Services
I. Your Right to a Hearing - The Conservation Commission is authorized by law to conduct a hearing to determine whether you have violated or are violating a provision of the by-laws, or have forfeited or may be subject to forfeiture of your rights. Hearings are subject to the provisions of this Chapter, the Board Rules, Maine Revised Statutes and Maine General Laws. Hearings are scheduled and conducted by the Conservation Commission in accordance with Board Rule 1.04(c). Any member of the public may request a hearing. The fee for the hearing is determined by the Division. A special Town Hearing on a conservation matter is separate from a hearing on the forfeiture of rights.

II. Right to Appeal - Any person aggrieved by the determination of the Conservation Commission may appeal to the superior court by filing in the superior court in the county in which the conservation violation occurred a notice of appeal with the Conservation Commission's Administrative Clerk. The appeal shall be based on the record made before the Conservation Commission. A certified copy of the record shall be provided to the superior court by the Conservation Commission.

III. Public Records - The Commission is required by law to maintain records. The record shall be available to the public in a form that is usable for the purpose of gathering information and carrying out the statutory purposes of the Commission.
